DELIVERY TIMES

Orders placed before 12:00 noon are delivered the next working day.

This only applies to blank products in stock.

If stock is insufficient, the product will be put on backorder.

* Delivery time may increase during busy periods. Shipping via DPD.

You will receive an email once your order is ready for shipment.

Delivery is handled by DPD during office hours.

If absent, a new delivery appointment can be arranged.

Track your shipment via track & trace.

Deliveries are standard at ground level.

Free shipping from €95.

Below €95, a shipping fee of €9.75 applies.

Valid for Belgium and the Netherlands.

Extra costs may apply for volume over 0.1 m³ or weight over 25 kg.

Immediate payment unless agreed otherwise. Online payment speeds up processing.

You have 14 days to cancel your purchase via info@theroot.be.

Return in original condition and packaging with invoice number.

Refund within 30 days after receipt.

Discounted items will be refunded as voucher.

Customized products cannot be returned!
