After placing your order, please email your files (photos, designs, images, …) and your wishes for the customisation (desired design, font, …) to heide@theroot.be.
Once we have received the information/files, we will create a digital proof for your approval. After approval, your order can go into production. We always coordinate production and delivery times.
After your order has been shipped, your order status will be updated. You will also receive an email with the tracking information (DPD).
We take great care in producing, packaging, and shipping your order.
For personalised items, we have an average production time of several working days. This does not apply to, for example, birth announcement cards. If you need something urgently, this can always be discussed.
Some important points regarding the supplied designs:
-Images should be provided in the highest possible resolution to guarantee high-quality printing.
-Texts should be converted to outlines.
-For engraving orders, WHITE printwork, or printwork on BLACK, we can only work with vector files.
